83. בדיקה ראשונית
כלי שיט ישראלי ייבדק בידי בודק מוסמך בבדיקה ראשונית לפני הכנסתו לשירות או לפני שהתעודה הבין־לאומית למניעת זיהום אוויר (IAPP) לפי הוראת תקנה 101 (בפרק זה – התעודה) מונפקת בפעם הראשונה (בפרק זה ובחלק ה׳ – בדיקה ראשונית); הבדיקה הראשונית תכלול בדיקה מלאה של הציוד, המערכות, האביזרים, הסידורים והחומרים כדי לוודא שהם מקיימים במלואם את דרישות תקנות אלה.
