20. שטר העברת בעלות
תיקון: תשכ״ד, תשס״ה
(א)שטר העברת בעלות בסירה יכול שייחתם בידי המעביר ובידי הנעבר בפני מפקח כלי שיט במינוי מסויג כהגדרתו בתקנות הנמלים (בטיחות השיט), התשמ״ג–1982, אשר יאשר את חתימתו בפניו.
(ב)שטר העברת בעלות בכלי שיט שאינו סירה או בחלק ממנו יהיה ערוך בטופס שנקבע לכך בתוספת הרביעית.
