בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 53(ג) לחוק הפסיכולוגים, תשל״ז–1977, וסעיף 16(2) לפקודת הפרשנות, אני מתקין תקנות אלה:
1. עבירות
אי קיום הוראות תקנה מהתקנות המפורטות בתוספת היא עבירה.
2. עונשין
העובר על תקנה מהתקנות המפורטות בתוספת, דינו – מאסר שלושה חדשים או קנס 1000 שקלים או שניהם כאחד.
3. תחילה
תחילתן של תקנות אלה עשרה ימים מיום פרסומן.
