41. ביטול שירות לכלל המנויים
בלי לגרוע מתקנה 9(ג), ספק מורשה רשאי להפסיק את אספקת שירות בזק מסוים, לכלל מנוייו, באופן קבוע, בכפוף לקבוע בהסכם ההתקשרות שלו עם מנוייו ובתנאי שהודיע על כך לכלל המנויים שלו מראש ובכתב, שלושים ימי עבודה טרם הפסקת מתן השירות, לפחות.
