2. הפעלת רכב בגז טבעי לתחבורה
תיקון: תשפ״ג
על אף האמור בסעיפים 2, 3 ו־6 לצו הפעלת רכב (מנועים ודלק) (הפעלת רכב מנועי בבנזין), התשכ״א–1961, ובסעיף 3 לצו הפעלת רכב (מנועים ודלק) (סולר לתחבורה), התשס״ג–2003, רשאי אדם להפעיל רכב בגז טבעי לתחבורה, אם קיימת ברכב מערכת הנעה בגז טבעי לתחבורה, בין כמערכת בלעדית ובין ליד מערכת הנעה בדלק אחר, שמותר להניע בו כלי רכב.
