2. הכנסה כדי מחיה
תיקון: תשכ״ג, תשכ״ו, תשל״ב, תשל״ג, תשל״ג־2, תשל״ו
סכום הכנסה חודשית המספיק למחייתו של אדם והתלויים בו הוא סך הכל של הכנסות שיש לו ולתלויים בו והוא אינו פחות –
(1)לגבי נכה שיש לו בן משפחה שהוא ילד מ־95% מסך כל המשכורת המשתלמת לעובד המדינה שדרגת משכורתו היא ”י“ של הדירוג האחיד ושהרכב משפחתו הוא כמספר בני המשפחה של הנכה;
(2)לגבי נכה שאין לו בן משפחה שהוא ילד מ־86% מסך כל המשכורת כאמור.
