1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”מנהל מסדיר“ – כהגדרתו בסעיף 86 לחוק;
”מפרק מסדיר“ – כהגדרתו בסעיף 113 לחוק;
”קרוב“ – בן זוג, אח, אחות, הורה, צאצא או אדם אחר הסמוך על שולחנו של המנהל המסדיר או של המפרק המסדיר, לפי הענין.
