בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 4 לחוק הפיקוח על מצרכים ושירותים, תשי״ח–1957, אני מכריז לאמור:
1. אכרזה על שירות בר פיקוח
שירות אספקה של גז מוכרז בזה כשירות בר פיקוח.
2. השם
לאכרזה זו ייקרא ”אכרזת הפיקוח על מצרכים ושירותים (אספקת גז), תשל״ד–1973“.
