בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 4 לחוק הפיקוח על מצרכים ושירותים, התשי״ח–1957, אני מכריז לאמור:
1. הגדרה
באכרזה זו –
”שמאות רכב“ – עיסוק בשומה ובהערכת שווי של רכב ונזקים שנגרמו לרכב בתאונה או מכל סיבה אחרת;
”רכב“ – כמשמעותו בפקודת התעבורה.
2. אכרזה של שירות בר־פיקוח
תיקון: תשמ״א
שמאות רכב מוכרז כשירות בר־פיקוח.
