1. הגדרה
באכרזה זו –
”שמאות רכב“ – עיסוק בשומה ובהערכת שווי של רכב ונזקים שנגרמו לרכב בתאונה או מכל סיבה אחרת;
”רכב“ – כמשמעותו בפקודת התעבורה.
