תיקון: תשנ״ח־8 [200א]
קביעה של דרגת נכות מכוח הסכם שנערך לפי סעיף 9, או מכוח סעיף 387 או פרק י״ג, ניתנת לערעור, בשאלה משפטית בלבד, לפני בית דין אזורי לעבודה; פסק דינו של בית הדין ניתן לערעור לפני בית הדין הארצי לעבודה אם נתקבלה רשות לכך מאת נשיא בית הדין הארצי לעבודה או סגנו, או מאת שופט של בית הדין הארצי שמינה לכך הנשיא.
