116. ניכוי הוצאות כלכלה

היה נכה העבודה, בתוקף זכותו לפי סעיף 86, במקום שבו נותנים לו אכסון וכלכלה, רשאי המוסד להקטין בשיעור שנקבע את הקצבה שהוא זכאי לה בעד הזמן שבו הוא נמצא באותו מקום, ובלבד שהניכוי לא יעלה על הוצאות כלכלתו שם.
