115. הגדלת קצבה לבני 18 ו־21

(א)קצבת הנכות המשתלמת למבוטח שבעת הפגיעה בעבודה טרם מלאו לו 18 שנים, להוציא מבוטח לפי סעיף 3 שלא משתלם לו שכר בעד עבודתו, תוגדל לאחר שמלאו לו 18 שנים ותשוב ותוגדל לאחר שמלאו לו 21 שנים, הכל כפי שנקבע.
(ב)מבוטח כאמור שנפגע בעבודה לאחר שמלאו לו 18 שנים אך טרם מלאו לו 21 שנים, תוגדל קצבת הנכות המשתלמת לו בעת הגיעו לגיל 21 שנים, כפי שנקבע.
