155. כפל גמלאות
[90ז]
מבוטח הזכאי לתשלום על פי כל חיקוק, למעט פקודת הנזיקין, הסכם קיבוצי כמשמעותו בסעיף 180 או הסדר קיבוצי אחר, תקנון של קופת גמל, חוזה עבודה או תקנון של קרן ביטוח או פנסיה, בעד תקופת אי־כושר לעבודה או לתפקוד מטעמי בריאות, לא יהיה זכאי לגמלה לפי פרק זה לגבי התקופה שבה הוא זכאי לתשלום כאמור.
