156. פרקי זמן שאין משלמים בעדם
תיקון: תשנ״ז [90ח]
על אף הוראות פרק זה, לא ישולמו דמי תאונה בעד פרק הזמן שמתקיימות במבוטח הוראות סעיף 92(א) וכן בעד פרקי זמן שבהם נמצא המבוטח –
(1)במוסד לטיפול רפואי או סיעודי, שניתנים בו אכסון וכלכלה, שלא לצורך קבלת טיפול רפואי או סיעודי עקב התאונה;
(2)בשירות בצבא הגנה לישראל;
(3)במאסר.
