נכה זכאי לגמלאות אלו:
(1)קצבה חודשית – לפי סעיפים 200 עד 202;
(2)שיקום מקצועי – לפי סעיפים 203 עד 205;
(3)השתתפות המוסד במתן שירותים מיוחדים – לפי סעיף 206;
(4)גמלה לנכה הלוקה במוגבלות קשה – לפי סעיף 206א.
