268. סייג לאגרות קבורה
[29(ג)]
כל גוף המורשה לפי סעיף 13 לחוק שירותי הדת היהודיים [נוסח משולב], התשל״א–1971, והתקנות שהותקנו לפיו (להלן – חוק שירותי הדת), לעסוק בקבורת נפטרים, לא יגבה בקשר לקבורה כל תשלום, לרבות אגרות שירותים לפי חוק שירותי הדת, בנוסף לדמי קבורה לפי סימן זה, זולת אם הותר התשלום לפי התנאים והמבחנים שנקבעו לפי סעיף 266.
