274א. חישוב התגמול למקבל דמי פגיעה
תיקון: תשס״ח־3
מי שבתכוף לפני שירותו במילואים היה זכאי לדמי פגיעה כמשמעותם בסעיף 92, יהיה שכר העבודה הרגיל או ההכנסה הממוצעת שלו לעניין סעיף 272, סכום ההכנסה בעד רבע השנה שקדם ליום שבעדו הגיעו לו לראשונה דמי הפגיעה האמורים, אם הסכום האמור גבוה משכר העבודה הרגיל או ההכנסה הממוצעת, המחושבים לפי סעיף 274; סכום ההכנסה המתקבל כאמור יחולק ב־90.
