285. דיווח

(א)המוסד ידווח למשרד הבטחון על מספר ימי המילואים וסכום התגמולים וההענקות בשל כל תקופה, החל במועד ולפי כללים שייקבעו בהסכם בין הממשלה למוסד; עד למועד שייקבע בהסכם האמור לדיווח ימסור המוסד למשרד הבטחון נתונים על תשלום תגמולי מילואים, לפי כללים שייקבעו בהסכם האמור.
(ב)הכללים לפי סעיף קטן (א) יובאו לידיעת ועדת הכספים של הכנסת.
