286. שוטר, סוהר ואיש משמר הכנסת
תיקון: תשס״ד־12 [127פב]
(א)פרק זה לא יחול לגבי –
(1)שוטר כמשמעותו בחוק המשטרה;
(2)סוהר כמשמעותו בחוק שירות בתי הסוהר;
(3)איש משמר הכנסת כמשמעותו בחוק משכן הכנסת, רחבתו ומשמר הכנסת, התשכ״ח–1968.
(ב)שוטר, סוהר ואיש משמר הכנסת, המשרתים במילואים, יהיו זכאים לקבל מאוצר המדינה, בעד כל יום שירותם במילואים, תשלום שלא יפחת מהתגמול שהיה מגיע להם אילו היו זכאים לתגמול לפי סעיף 271.
