בחבורת עובדים, בין שהיא תאגיד ובין שאינה תאגיד, רואים, לענין חוק זה, את כל אחד מבני החבורה כעובדו של האדם שמסר לחבורה את העבודה, אם היו רואים כך אילו היה קיים קשר ישיר בינו לבין כל אחד מבני החבורה.
