112. תפקידי ועדת התיאום
תיקון: תשס״ב־3, תשע״א, תשע״ד, תשע״ו־3
תפקידי ועדת התיאום הם:
(1)הגבלה ברכישת תכניות מספקים מחוץ לישראל, כאמור בסעיף 62, בשינויים המחוייבים;
(2)מניעת שידורן של תכניות דומות או זהות שהופקו או שהוחל בהפקתן בידי הרשות, תאגיד השידור הציבורי או בידי המורשים לשידורים לפי חוק זה או לפי חוק התקשורת;
(3)כל פעולת תיאום אחרת שתטיל עליה הממשלה.
