26. עבירות
תיקון: תשל״ב, תשנ״ח
העושה אחד מאלה, דינו – מאסר שנה אחת:
(1)מוסר ידיעות למועצה או בשבילה בענין הנתון לסמכותה, והוא יודע שהן כוזבות;
(2)מעניק תואר מוכר או מסייע להענקתו ואין הוא מוסמך לכך לפי חוק זה;
(3)מתחזה כבעל תואר מוכר שהוענק לו לפי חוק זה, כשלא הוענק לו תואר כאמור;
(4)המפר הוראה מהוראות סעיף 21א או תקנה לפיו;
(5)המפר הוראה מההוראות האמורות בסעיף 21ח;
(6)המפר הוראה מהוראות סעיף 25ג;
(7)המפר הוראה מהוראות סעיף 25י.
