תיקון: תשס״ה־4
לא יותר כל ניכוי בשל הוצאות לפי סעיפים 17–27, בסכום העולה על הדרוש לפי צרכי ייצור ההכנסה של הנישום; ובכל שאלה לענין סעיף זה יכריע המנהל; ובלבד ששום דבר האמור בסעיף זה לא יתפרש כמונע כל אדם הרואה עצמו מקופח על ידי החלטת המנהל מלערער עליה בהתאם לאמור בסעיפים 153–158.
