Eliana Tidhar went from the army troupe Kitbag to the lead in Galis and a Festigal record

Eliana Tidhar was born in Tel Aviv in 1992 and grew up in Ramat Aviv. She studied theatre at the Herzliya Hebrew Gymnasium and piano at the Israeli Conservatory of Music in Tel Aviv, sang with the Shchenim Shel Chich troupe and the Tel Aviv Scouts troupe, and served in the army troupe Kitbag.

In 2011 she was cast as Dani Rubin in the children's series HaChalomim, a role she kept for seven seasons of its sequel, Galis, until 2016. That Hanukkah she won Festigal with Tuval Shafir and HaYeladim Shel HaAtid, the first of four Festigal wins in a row, and from 2012 to 2017 she was named actress of the year at the children's channel's Nivcharei HaYeladim awards six years running.

On stage she sang Kaveret, Beatles and HaKeves HaShisha Asar songs with Roni Dalumi and Lee Biran in Lokchim Et HaZman (2015), played the lead in the musical Pashut Le'ehov at the Cameri (2017), and in 2018 staged a show of HaKeves HaShisha Asar songs with Lee Biran for the work's 40th anniversary. She holds the record for Festigal appearances, in every show from 2011 to 2022 and again from 2025, and in 2025 she and Lee Biran released the album Yom Yafe.
