Miki Geva made his name with impressions on Rak BeIsrael and still calls himself a stand-up comedian first

Miki Geva was born in Kiryat Malachi in 1979 and sang in the town's youth troupe as a boy. In 2001 he put on his stand-up show HaMofa shel Miki Geva and joined Erez Tal and Orna Banai on Rak BeIsrael, where his impressions made his name, and that summer he became a host on Arutz HaYeladim, where he stayed for six and a half years.

He wrote the bestselling novel Malabi Express (2007) and later wrote, directed and starred in its TV version on Channel 10 (2013), followed by Nafalta Hazak (2016). In 2011 he founded the band Mona Lupa and wrote and composed its album Love for Sail, recorded partly at Abbey Road in London, and in 2012 he came second on Rokdim Im Kokhavim.

In 2024 his stand-up special Miki Geva Ose et America aired in prime time on Keshet 12, and he began co-hosting Showtime on Reshet 13 with Adi Himelbloy. In 2025 he starred in the musicals Shlager and Charlie VeHetzi and put on a new show with a band, Miki Geva and the Malabiz, in which he sings and now and then imitates other artists.
