Adir Miller started doing stand-up soon after the army and went on to create his own sitcoms
Adir Miller was born in Holon in 1974 and grew up there. He started doing stand-up soon after his army service, performing at Tzavta 2 and warming up studio audiences for television shows, and in 1999 he joined the stand-up series Domino alongside Asi Cohen and Guri Alfi.
From 2002 to 2004 he hosted Erev Adir, a comic talk show on Channel 2. He then created the sitcom Ramzor, which he wrote with Ran Sarig and which ran on Keshet from 2008 to 2014. In 2010 Ramzor became the first Israeli series to win the International Emmy for best comedy, and Fox remade it in America as Traffic Light.
In Tzomet Miller (2016 to 2022) he played himself, and Reset, the drama-comedy he created, wrote, directed and stars in, began on Keshet 12 in February 2026. On film he won the 2010 Ophir Award for best actor for Avi Nesher's The Matchmaker, and in 2024 he released The Ring, his first film as a director.
