Trio is a Georgian restaurant facing the sea on the Arches beach (Hof HaKshatot) in Ashdod. Its website says it was founded about twenty years ago by Avi Papismedov and his family, a Georgian family who brought the home cooking of Tbilisi with them, and that it is still a family business, where every dish is cooked by hand from recipes passed down in the family; the founding year its website gives is 2006. Its menu of 88 dishes and drinks runs from khachapuri adjaruli and imeruli, khachapuri on a skewer, lobiani, and cheese and meat khinkali made by hand on the premises, to pelmeni, chebureki and meat blini, entrecôte, lamb chops and kebab from the grill, sea bream, shrimp and calamari, hummus, salads, pizza, pasta and a children's menu, with draught beer and cakes. From 09:00 it serves a Georgian breakfast of khachapuri adjaruli hot from the oven, Georgian cheeses, house bread and coffee. It opens every day, Friday evening and Saturday included, closing at 16:00 on Sunday, and it sends out orders for delivery or collection through its website and through Wolt, where its page calls it a beach restaurant with Georgian touches. mako's Lin Levi wrote in April 2025 that Trio and Petra, at the other end of the Arches beach, are veteran Georgian restaurants working since the early 2000s, with almost the same menu and huge portions; Petra's own website names its owner as the restaurateur Simo Ben Hovel. The same month Mika Lopo Weiss of Israel Hayom called Trio one of the city's veteran restaurants, with every kind of Georgian dumpling, steamed, fried or boiled, happy music and a family atmosphere, and wrote that it had opened a play area so that children can keep themselves busy while their parents eat.

Its website gives these hours, and its questions and answers add that it is open on Saturday. Its Google listing, as Wanderlog copies it, closes at 16:30 on Sunday and at 22:00 on Thursday, and agrees on the other days. Wolt takes orders from it from 10:00 to 16:00 on Sunday, 09:30 to 23:00 from Monday to Thursday, 10:00 to 23:00 on Friday and 10:00 to 22:30 on Saturday; those are ordering hours. mako and Israel Hayom printed 09:00 to 23:00 every day in April 2025, and the city's tourism site, last updated in September 2023, gives 09:00 to 01:00 all week.
