Spa Esprit is the health club and spa of Isrotel's Ayala hotel in Kibbutz Ayelet HaShahar, set around a heated indoor pool with a large window that joins the room to the outside. Around the pool are a dry sauna, a jacuzzi, a Turkish hammam and a spacious, equipped gym, and the hotel's large outdoor pool, among green gardens, is just outside the spa. Entry to the spa is paid and not allowed under 18. Visitors can book a fun day with one spa treatment and free use of the indoor pool, the outdoor pool in summer, the jacuzzi, the dry and wet saunas, the hammam and the gym, with breakfast, lunch or dinner depending on the package, and can join the hotel's Pilates, yoga and tours when there is room. Its treatment menu runs from Swedish, hot-stone and deep-tissue massage to ayurveda, salt scrubs, facials and a massage for couples.
