A small classical reformer Pilates studio on Montefiore Street in Beer Sheva, with 50-minute classes in small groups

Teaser is a classical reformer Pilates studio at 29 Sir Moses Montefiore Street in Beer Sheva, run by Tami Michaeli, a classical Pilates instructor who, according to its site, has trained people since 2014. It teaches Joseph Pilates' classical method with an emphasis on precision, breathing and control, and keeps its groups small on purpose so that every trainee gets personal attention. A class lasts 50 minutes, no previous experience is needed, and newcomers begin with a single introductory class, which costs 55 shekels. The studio is open early in the morning and again from the afternoon into the evening from Sunday to Thursday, and on Friday morning, and its page says there are parking options around Montefiore Street.
