Broitman is a community bakery that Yuval Ziv, known to everyone as Yuval Broitman, founded in Eilat in 2014, after baking at home since 1995 out of a love of bread. Its site says it has made its name with traditional breads and pastries, and its shelves run to sandwiches, a patisserie, pizza, coffee, a deli counter and hosting platters. It has three addresses in Eilat: the HaDekel shopping centre at 48 Barnea Street, the Seven Stars branch at 7 Derech HaArava and a factory shop at 11 HaMasger Street. It opens at 8:00 from Sunday to Friday.
