ORFIT is a strength-training studio of 250 square metres at 3 Gamla Street, in the Center Park compound in the heart of Hadera's Park neighbourhood. Its method is quality strength training in small groups twice a week, and each member gets a personal training plan, an app to follow progress and personal nutrition guidance. Its sessions include strength training, functional training, abdomen, glutes and thighs workshops and flow Pilates, and members can also use the studio's own gym at any hour. A new session starts every hour on the hour, its site says the studio can be reached by public transport, and a free trial session is booked through its site.
