Urban Fitbase is a group-training studio at 5 HaMada Street in Herzliya Pituach, one of three the group runs, with the others in Tel Aviv and Yehud. Each hour-long class pairs about 25 minutes of interval running on treadmills with about 25 minutes of strength work, and the classes differ by the muscles they stress: Full Body, Push Pull & Abs, Legs Butt & Abs, Abs & Core, Arms & Abs and Urban Women, in a room where the lights dim and the music rises. Those who cannot run can walk the intervals at a steeper incline or double the strength work instead. Classes are booked a week ahead on its site, in its app or by phone and can be cancelled up to 12 hours before, class packages can be shared with friends, and a separate room is kept for private training.
