Don Gym is a martial arts club in Hod HaSharon, founded in 1998 by the coach Rotem Don, who heads and manages it, and at 74 Derech Ramatayim in the town centre since 2004. Its club of 200 square metres has a main training hall, punching bags, a professional boxing ring, fitness machines, weights and functional training gear, and about 200 athletes train there regularly. It teaches the disciplines that make up MMA, boxing, Muay Thai, full-contact karate, judo, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and self-defence, in groups by age and level from age 4, with adult groups for ages 20 to 35, 35 to 60 and over 60, as well as personal training. It is open six days a week all year round, mornings and evenings from Sunday to Thursday and on Friday afternoon.
