HaCountry Holon is the country club at 30 HaLochamim Street, one of the seven clubs of the HaCountry network, and its about page says it spreads over 70 green dunams in the heart of the city. It has pools for every age, among them a half-Olympic indoor pool with eight lanes, an outdoor Olympic pool and an outdoor toddlers' pool, a gym with new strength, endurance and functional equipment where every member gets a training programme free, studio halls and a spinning room, a reformer Pilates studio, padel courts, a ninja area with an obstacle course its page compares to the Olympic one, a gymboree, an Action club for children aged 6 to 14, table-tennis halls, basketball courts and saunas. Its classes run from yoga, Pilates, spinning, Zumba, kickboxing and functional training to Feldenkrais, folk dancing, judo, karate, basketball and volleyball, with classes for children, teenagers and adults. Students and discharged soldiers pay 199 shekels a month, and an annual family membership is paid for ten months and lasts twelve.
