Sigal Yosef's studio is a reformer Pilates studio on the lower floor of the Sadav centre at 11 Rabinovich Street in Kiryat Ben Gurion, Holon, entered by stairs beside the car park. Its owner, Sigal Yosef, writes on its site that she came to Pilates after a back injury at 27 and has added a course every year since, in functional training, kettlebells and several schools of Pilates, working with people from children to older adults. The studio runs private lessons, small groups for beginners and advanced students of every age, rehabilitative classes for people whose condition limits them in daily life, and Cross Pilates, which mixes Pilates with strength and aerobic work.
