Tomer's Bread bakes country loaves on a sourdough starter from 2003: flour, water, salt and, as its site puts it, a lot of love. The bread is made by hand from natural ingredients only, with no added sugar and no baking improvers. Its patisserie turns the freshest ingredients into cakes, cookies and other sweet things.
