A functional training studio in the Damari Center on Engel Street in Kfar Saba HaYeruka, with classes seven days a week

Beyond Fitness is a functional training studio in the Damari Center at 78 Engel Street, in the Kfar Saba HaYeruka neighbourhood. Its site says it was built out of a love of movement and runs as a close community, with certified trainers who follow each trainee personally, for beginners and experienced athletes alike. Its classes are ENERGY, a hybrid of treadmill intervals and functional work; CIRCUIT, timed stations with bodyweight exercises and weights; POWER, a strength class built on basic lifts with heavy weights; and JUNIORS, an equipment-free class for children and teens. A team of seven trainers teaches the timetable, which runs every day of the week, with Friday and Saturday morning classes.
