Contrology Kfar Saba, at 24 Tchernichovsky Street, is the first and oldest studio of the Contrology reformer Pilates group: it opened in 2005, founded by Silvana Kimchi Man, who still leads it, and the group added studios in Ra'anana in 2021 and Hod HaSharon in 2022. It teaches group reformer classes of 6 to 8 people as well as private and semi-private sessions, and some classes are set aside for women, for teenagers and for people with Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis and other neurological conditions. Since 2008 the studio has also run the Contrology academy, which trains mat and reformer Pilates instructors, and students on its courses observe and assist in classes as part of their practice hours. Members book their classes ahead, and a membership is cancelled with 30 days' notice.
