Konofit opened in 2018 as CrossFit Kiryat Ono, and its site says it was the first CrossFit club in the Ono Valley; in 2026 it also became an official HYROX club. It trains at the municipal swimming pool on KKL Street, and one membership covers CrossFit, HYROX, endurance, strongman, Olympic weightlifting, skill, cross-kickbox and mobility classes, seven days a week, most of them coached group classes of an hour, with mobility held in a separate hall. The membership also includes ten hours a week of free swimming in the pool. Classes are booked ahead in the Arbox app and each class has a cap on numbers. Its site says the club serves Kiryat Ono, Ganei Tikva, Givat Shmuel, Ramat Gan, Petah Tikva and the area, with easy access by car and plenty of free parking.
