A travellers' village on a cliff above the Dead Sea, with rooms, apartments, glamping tents and a campsite, and a bar-restaurant on the cliff edge

Metzoke Dragot is a travellers' village on a cliff above the middle of the Dead Sea's western shore, looking across the sea to the mountains of Moab and back over the Judean Desert and the rift escarpment. It offers lodging at several levels, from a campsite with showers and a travellers' kitchen to simple travellers' rooms, boutique Tenty glamping tents with their own paddling pools, couples' units facing the desert or the sea, and four large cliff apartments for up to eight. Every room has air conditioning, a shower and a toilet, towels and bedding, and stays are room only, with the village's bar-restaurant on the cliff edge open from morning to evening. The village holds live shows and has a treatment room for massages, and its site points guests to the Arugot, David and Darga streams, the Einot Tzukim reserve and the beaches at Kalya, Neve Midbar and Biankini. The grocery at Kibbutz Mitzpe Shalem is about ten minutes' drive away.
