Tomer's Bread bakes country loaves on a sourdough starter it has kept since 2003: flour, water and salt, worked by hand from natural ingredients only, with no added sugar and no baking improvers, and its patisserie makes cakes, cookies and other sweet things beside the bread. The Maccabim shop is in the Renanim shopping centre, which the city's table of licensed businesses places at 99 Sderat HaMaccabim. It opens from 08:00 to 19:00 on weekdays and from 08:00 to 14:00 on Friday, until 14:30 in summer, and closes for Shabbat; its site gives an accessible entrance with disabled parking, a hearing device at the counter and accessible seats. It is one of the bakery's eight shops: five in Jerusalem, one in the Modi'in Center and one in Mevaseret Zion besides this one. Orders are taken on the chain's line, 1-599-50-50-99.
