A French-style patisserie and café on Yitzhak Sadeh Street, where pastry chef Orly Sitbon makes pastries, desserts and brunches by hand.

Orly Sitbon Patisserie is a French-style patisserie on Yitzhak Sadeh Street, in what its site calls a green and pastoral neighbourhood of Nahariya. Orly Sitbon, a pastry chef and chocolatier, writes on her site that her love of baking began in her late mother's kitchen and that she studied pastry at Dan Gourmet and Bastela, trained for six months in a chocolaterie with Neil Fogel and then in Paris. Everything is made on the premises by hand: pastries and desserts, brunches and savoury pastries, gift boxes and platters for hosting. Its site says it hosts thousands of people a month for French-style pastries, brunches and good coffee. Its Tabit page gives it hours from 08:00 to 18:00 Sunday to Thursday and to 14:00 on Friday.
