A small family winery high in the Judean Hills at Sde Boaz, by Neve Daniel, whose chef owner hosts seasonal food and wine events and chef meals by its Kofitz vineyard.

Zwebner Vineyard is a small family winery high in the Judean Hills in the Bethlehem district, founded by Yossi Zwebner, of an old Jerusalem family settled in the city since 1873, a chef trained at the French Culinary Institute in New York who went on to study vines and wine with Dr Yair Margalit. In late 2008 he found a small plot a few kilometres south of Bethlehem, in today's Gush Etzion, and planted it in 2010: the Kofitz vineyard, named for its cleaver-like shape, covers about 18 dunams on a south-west slope at 870 to 900 metres, with five red and two white varieties in 40 rows, and it is the only vineyard the winery uses. In the pleasant seasons it holds events that pair food and wine, from mornings and middays of small plates with its wines by the glass to themed concept evenings, and it hosts chef meals of Land of Israel cooking for groups of 8 to 16, three to five hours long, with a set menu priced before each meal. Family and private events of up to 100 guests are arranged with the winery.
