Movement by Bar Berman is a boutique studio at 3 HaRav Dr. Moshe Auerbach Street in Petah Tikva that teaches reformer Pilates, yoga and strength training in small groups: up to 6 on the reformers, 8 in strength classes and 10 in yoga. Its founder, Bar Berman, came to Pilates after years as a dancer and went on to study yoga and movement therapy and to specialise in pregnancy and the months after birth, and the studio works in a split method in which the instructor adapts the exercises to each person within the same class. The timetable runs mornings and evenings through the week, with women-only reformer classes, classes for teenage girls, a rehabilitative Pilates class and a reformer class on Saturday night, and classes are booked in an app. Beside the classes it holds movement and breathing workshops, talks, yoga and Pilates retreats and celebrations of the studio's birthday.
