Its founders say they toured Italy, visiting 73 pizzerias and bars, before they opened it, and flew in a large oven with a rotating stone floor that reaches 350 degrees for the pizzas. Its site says that besides the pizzas Pazzo is above all a bar, with a cocktail and drinks menu built to go with them and cheerful music played at a measured volume, in three separate spaces with high and low seating that let guests mingle. It opens every day from 18:00. Sunday to Thursday from 18:00 to 20:00 there is a happy hour of 25% off the food and drinks, Sunday nights are bottomless beer, wine and pizza, and its booking page lists a special pasta menu from Thursday to Saturday between 18:00 and 21:00.
