CrossFit 09 is a CrossFit box at 4 HaMelakha Street in Ra'anana's industrial zone that opened officially in May 2021, founded by Amishav Egozi and Tal Ben-David, and its site says it is a warm, family box built around its community. Every new member starts with a fundamentals session that teaches the basic movements and why they are done, and the daily workouts are CrossFit classes in mixed groups, scaled to each person and drawing on gymnastics, weightlifting, powerlifting and cardio. Members on the full membership also get yoga and reformer Pilates classes, professional workshops every two months and a periodic follow-up meeting, and there is open-gym time. Children and teenagers train in age groups built on movement games, body-weight work and strength training.
