The Ramat Efal branch of Ceor, a sourdough bakery that has baked for more than 30 years, with over 20 breads made without yeast or sugar, focaccias, pretzels and pastries

Ceor (שאור, Hebrew for leaven) is a bakery that says it has been baking for more than 30 years, and its Ramat Efal branch on Rafael Eitan Street in Ramat Gan is one of four, beside two in Tel Aviv and one in Raanana. Its site says that all its breads, more than 20 kinds, are baked on the spot from sourdough, without yeast and without sugar. Beyond bread it sells focaccias, rolls, pretzels, bagels, challahs, cookies, cakes, sweet and savoury pastries and deli salads, which can be ordered online and collected. Its site marks the Ramat Efal branch kosher mehadrin, and members of its club get every tenth coffee, sandwich, loaf or focaccia free.
