Jolika Chocolate makes its chocolate by hand every day in its chocolaterie in Ramat HaSharon, where it has been since 2014, in a small shop on Ussishkin Street that replaced its first chocolaterie on a side street of the town. Its truffles and pralines come in about 30 flavours, with fillings of ganache, caramel, gianduja or praliné combined with fruit, nuts, almonds, spices or a dash of alcohol; its raw chocolate comes from France and Belgium. It also sells chocolate snacks, a vegan line and gift boxes, and runs chocolate workshops. It is open Sunday to Thursday from 9:30 to 19:30 and on Friday from 9:30 to 14:30.
