By Fattal's account it grew out of a dialogue with the farmers and makers of the Galilee and the Golan, and its name is the distance in kilometres from its kitchen to the farthest of them, the Tel Shifon winery. Diners sit around a bar-kitchen where the cooking is done in front of them, or out in a courtyard of herb beds. It opens Sunday to Thursday from 18:00 to 23:00 and on Friday from 08:30 to 12:00, is closed on Saturday, and takes every guest who books ahead; Fattal's page says it is a kosher dairy restaurant.
